- When available, buyer gets "buy now cruise later" program. Upon closing, buyer will receive a certificate for a cruise vacation for two to Bahamas, Mexico, or Caribbean valued up to $1,798.00. They will receive this whether we represent them or another broker.
- If you have already referred others to us, we will accept up to two additional discount/rebate certificates for a total of seven discount/rebate certificates per transaction.*
